Pittsburg resident faces two counts

PITTSBURG, Kan. — A Pittsburg man was arrested early Saturday morning for two felony counts, including driving under the influence and obstruction. Joseph Goings, 28, was booked at the Crawford County Jail in Girard on a $6,000 bond, according to a release from the Pittsburg Police Department.
