- Décret no 95-653 du 9 mai 1995 relatif au règlement national des pompes funèbres: Art. 17. - Les agents responsables d'une agence, d'un établissement, d'une succursale ou d'un bureau dans lequel sont accueillies les familles qui viennent conclure un contrat relatif à des prestations funéraires, ainsi que les gestionnaires d'une chambre funéraire ou d'un crématorium doivent justifier d'une formation professionnell e de cent trente-six heures. Cette formation comprend, en plus de celle qui est définie à l'article 16, une formation portant sur la gestion du personnel et la gestion comptable d'une durée de quarante heures.
